By placing an order or scheduling a service with us, you agree to the following terms. Atelier Leor is a custom window treatment business based in New Jersey, offering made-to-measure blinds, drapery, and installation services.
Terms & Conditions - The Basics
Custom Orders & Non-Refundable Policy
All products offered by Atelier Leor are custom-made based on each client’s window measurements, fabric selections, and design preferences.
Because every order is made specifically for you, all sales are final once production begins.
No cancellations, returns, or refunds will be accepted after the order is confirmed.
If an error or defect occurs due to Atelier Leor’s fault (such as a manufacturing or measurement error made by us), we will take full responsibility and provide repair, replacement, or appropriate correction at no cost to you.
Measurements & Installation
Measurements taken by Atelier Leor are guaranteed to fit the ordered product.
If measurements are provided by the client or a third party, Atelier Leor is not responsible for any sizing issues resulting from inaccurate measurements.
Installation services must be scheduled in advance, and the client must ensure access to the installation area on the agreed date.
Payment Terms
All payments are due in full at the time of order confirmation.
Production begins only after payment is received.
We accept major payment methods as stated on our invoices or website.
Prices are subject to change without notice prior to confirmation.
Warranty & Responsibility
Atelier Leor guarantees that all products are made with care and inspected before delivery.
Our warranty covers only issues resulting from manufacturing defects — it does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation by others, or normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
Atelier Leor shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to delays caused by suppliers, shipping partners, or events beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All photos, designs, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Atelier Leor and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Atelier Leor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
